There’s no time for the classics like the holiday season. This time of year we find ourselves watching classic movies like Elf and Home Alone, indulging in deserts like apple pie or chocolate chip cookies - so we had to bring back the Classic Chicken Parm which has not seen the Paisani menu since the very first year we were open. This sandwich was the predecessor to the Drunken Parm, so you’ll see they are not all that different, but the chimichurri and the marinara sauce creates a combination like no other so make sure to try it the next time your at the truck!
